Season 6 ideas - New Project - Gyralis

Gyralis β€” SuperLoops: Continuous Participation Powered by Superfluid :cyclone:

Project Description

Gyralis helps protocols and communities reward verified humans for recurring participation through proof-based participation systems called Loops. Each loop runs in recurring periods β€” currently 24 hours in the prototype β€” where users first register to enter the next cycle and then return to claim rewards to remain active inside the loop. If a user claims during the active period, they automatically stay registered for the following cycle, creating a recurring participation flow over time.

Loops distribute a percentage of their balance every period evenly among all registered participants, creating transparent and predictable reward systems for communities and protocols. Protocols can configure custom eligibility systems based on their ecosystem needs, while proof-of-human verification is currently powered through Human Passport score requirements integrated directly into Gyralis.

With the introduction of SuperLoops, Gyralis evolves into a streaming-native participation platform powered by Superfluid, transforming static reward loops into continuously funded and distribution system.

The Problem

Protocols struggle to maintain recurring engagement after airdrops, quests, and one-time campaigns.

Most systems:

  • reward isolated actions
  • fail to measure recurring participation
  • create short-term farming behavior
  • lack meaningful participation visibility over time

At the same time, ecosystems remain fragmented, with very few mechanisms for routing users between aligned communities and protocols.

The Solution β€” Gyralis Loops & SuperLoops

Default Loops distribute a percentage of a static balance every period among registered participants.

Unlike default loops, SuperLoops:

  • receive continuous token inflows through Superfluid
  • accumulate streamed value during each participation period
  • distribute 100% of the previous period’s accumulated inflow to eligible participants

This creates:

  • always-on participation systems
  • sustainable reward cycles
  • recurring ecosystem engagement
  • stream-powered participation economies

Superfluid-Powered Participation Infrastructure

Gyralis expands streaming into participation infrastructure.

Instead of manually funding campaigns or distributing fixed reward allocations (current live loops distribute 10% of the balance per period), protocols and communities can continuously stream value into SuperLoops in real time β€” creating continuously funded participation economies where rewards flow alongside recurring engagement.

This enables:

  • recurring stream interactions
  • measurable participation engagement
  • continuously funded ecosystem campaigns
  • new stream recipients

As protocols and communities launch SuperLoops, users continuously interact with Superfluid-powered participation systems over time rather than through isolated campaign events.

Ecosystem Eligibility Network

In Gyralis, eligibilities are ecosystem routing layers.

Protocols and communities can become participation entry points that connect users into new loops and ecosystems.

Current integrations include:

  • Human Passport verification_score +15 required to enter loops
  • Blockscout Merits Redemption_eligibility
  • 1Hive community member in Gardensv2_eligibility

Measuring Recurring Participation

Gyralis is designed to measure recurring participation over time.

Because participation happens across recurring periods, Gyralis can measure:

  • recurring participation behavior
  • return rate
  • participation continuity
  • active loop engagement over time

Unlike most Web3 systems that only measure transactions or wallet balances, Gyralis measures recurring user participation directly.

Really interesting concept! Gyrails Loops and SuperLoops present a well‑designed infrastructure for automating recurring participation. It directly addresses key issues like fragmented ecosystems, lack of measurement, and weak incentives for ongoing engagement.

The integration with Superfluid streams is a strong point β€” automating actions while simultaneously measuring engagement through the Gyrails dashboard makes participation transparent and dynamic. The addition of an Eligibility Network and incentive alignment via SuperLoops ensures fairness and motivation for users.

The roadmap looks realistic, with milestones like dashboard launch, eligibility layer deployment, and incentive testing. This could become a solid foundation for DAOs, communities, and businesses to grow recurring engagement in a sustainable way.

Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback :blue_heart:

You touched one of the core ideas behind Gyralis β€” participation should not only be incentivized, but also measurable and continuous over time.

We believe recurring participation metrics, ecosystem-connected eligibilities, and stream-powered SuperLoops can create a healthier coordination layer for communities and protocols.

Excited to keep pushing this direction forward :cyclone:

Hey everyone :waving_hand:

The Gyralis team keeps building, and we’re excited to share our first participation dashboard.

The data continues to validate strong interest in the Loop mechanism:

  • 109 unique humans

  • 1192 registrations

  • 1012 claims completed

  • 85% claim rate!

  • More than 100 HNY tokens distributed

The dashboard tracks key participation metrics including registrations, claims, distributions, claim rates, and loop activity over time.

These metrics are important because Gyralis is focused on measuring recurring participation, not just one-time interactions.

Our next major step is bringing SuperLoops to Base. SuperLoops introduce a stream-powered model where value continuously flows into loops, while participants can claim accumulated rewards between periods.

We sold out our 300 redemptions in Blockscout merits program!

Looking forward for feedback from the community.
