  1. Introduction
    Name/Handle: Graven
Background: I entered crypto full-time in 2019 and have spent that entire time as an independent, open-source builder. I’ve never fit easily into a job title box. I help lead products, design systems, run operations, set strategy, and never hesitate to do the grunt work when necessary.
Contributions: I’m a Superfluid Ambassador, and I’ve been an active builder in the ecosystem for ~3 years—first on the Geo Web and now on Flow State. I also help run regular local crypto meetups in Denver (including a Superfluid workshop).

  2. Vision and Focus
Vision for the Superfluid DAO: I believe Superfluid represents the best form of programmable money web3 has to offer. We have an opportunity to remake large parts of the economy with streams, so I’ll resist any “market-driven” shortcuts along the way. I’ll continually push for protocol, token, and ecosystem sustainability even if it’s the hard path.
    Focus Areas:

    • More builders - Prioritize funding and distribution support for apps, Super Tokens, etc in proposals. The Superfluid protocol is only as strong as what’s built on top of it. As an ecosystem, we’re not there yet.
    • Super Tokens as money - Every time a user unwraps a Super Token (to get to the “real” token) the ecosystem loses potential network effects. I believe business development initiatives should focus on pure Super Token adoption/launches and increasing acceptance of wrapped tokens.
    • Sustainable protocol value accrual - To make the impact that I think is possible, the protocol needs smart economic feedback loops.
  3. Commitment and Engagement
    Time Commitment: Whatever is needed
Community Interaction: I’ll actively participate in discussions in the forums. I’ll broadcast reasoning and votes on major decisions via my public social channels. I’m always available via DM and can explore opening other spaces for discussions with the community.

  4. Why Delegate to Me?

  • I’m a principled and long-term thinker.
  • I have skin in the game and a deep history with Superfluid.
  • I might be the biggest bull for programmable money streams outside the core team.
  • I feel a genuine responsibility to help steward the Superfluid protocol to global adoption.

It’s been a while since I’ve updated my delegate thread here, but tbh I think it stands up well in the 7 months since I first wrote it.

So I’m mostly here emphasize that I think we need to start being more strategic with SUP allocations—especially with SUP now trading. This is real money! Projects receiving SUP need to drive adoption of the protocol and have a feasible path to return value to the DAO/token/ecosystem.

I think the best ways to do that are 1) promoting pure Super Token usage, 2) onboarding builders, and 3) embracing streaming composability.

If you agree, I’d appreciate your delegation.

Also, I’ve recently added Beamr (Farcaster) to the list of Superfluid projects I’m working on.

Thanks for the update. I agree these three things are key to Superfluid’s success.

What’s the best example of one of the SUP-allocated project recipients returning value to the DAO/token/ecosystem?

Thanks

I’d like to think we’ve done well with Streaming Quadratic Funding & Flow Caster by bringing in strategic partners (Octant & Arbitrum) whose adoption of Superfluid brings significantly more visibility, capital, and potential users.

Streme has single-handedly introduced Pure Super Tokens and streaming to thousands of users. Nerite is still early, but a streamable stablecoin is a game-changer.

I’d love to see projects reward SUP-stakers in a way that fits their app/service (airdrops, early access, voting power, etc).
