1. Introduction

Name/Handle: jameskbh
Background:
I am an active delegate in multiple governance ecosystems, including Arbitrum, Balancer, and Aura Finance. My experience spans participation in governance working groups, proposal reviews, and DAO process design — with a focus on driving clarity, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Contributions:
Through consistent engagement in these communities, I’ve supported initiatives that enhance structure, improve contributor coordination, and make governance more accessible. I bring a community-first mindset and a strong belief in the importance of inclusive, representative decision-making.

2. Vision and Focus

Vision for the Superfluid DAO:
Superfluid offers a foundational layer for real-time finance. I believe the DAO has a unique opportunity to pioneer flexible, composable, and easy-to-adopt on-chain payments infrastructure. My goal is to help Superfluid scale sustainably, empowering users, builders, and contributors alike through smart governance.

Focus Areas:

  • Governance – Strengthening transparency, and efficiency
  • Growth – Supporting adoption through ecosystem incentives and user education
  • Treasury – Advocating for responsible, long-term capital allocation, and treasury management initiatives

3. Commitment and Engagement

Time Commitment:
I’m committed to consistently engaging across proposals, discussions, and working groups. This includes reviewing governance items, voting thoughtfully, and being proactive in conversations that shape the DAO.

Community Interaction:
Delegators can expect regular updates through Twitter and DAO channels. I believe in open dialogue and will make myself available for feedback, questions, and discussion. Transparency and accountability are core to my delegate style.

4. Why Delegate to Me?

I bring hands-on governance experience across several leading DAOs, a principled approach to decision-making, and a long-term mindset. I don’t chase headlines — I focus on thoughtful contributions that push the DAO forward. If you’re looking for a delegate who is consistent, responsive, and grounded in community values, I’d be honored to represent your voice.

Call to Action:

Disclosures:
I currently serve as a delegate in Arbitrum, Balancer, and Aura Finance. I don’t foresee any conflicts of interest at this time, but I remain committed to disclosing any potential overlap transparently.

Proposal: SIP-3: Community Bounty Pool
Vote: Sherlock
Reasoning: While both proposals have their merits, I believe Sherlock is better positioned to run this program/pool, as they already have familiarity with the protocol.

Proposal: SIP #4: Ecosystem Campaigns - Season 2

Vote: 7 Options equally distributed (Growth Campaigns, Superfluid Labs new apps, Flow State, Streme.fun, Nerite, Dev Contributor Rewards, Giveth).

Reasoning: Nice to see the quality of the applicants. All projects are worth of receiving incentives, but as my VP is not that big, I removed some to make my selection a bit more meaningful.
