Season 2 ideas - Superfluid Payments & Distributions

  1. Project Name

    Superfluid Payments & Distributions

  2. Project Description -

Superfluid as a payment tool for payroll.

The system in Season 2 would work the same as Season 1. Explained here

  3. Website -

    https://app.superfluid.finance

  4. How does the project use Superfluid?

  5. Team Members

    Superfluid Foundation team

  6. Social Links

  7. Dune dashboard (if available)

    N/A

  8. Contract Addresses

    N/A

  9. Networks

In order of importance: Optimism, Mainnet, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base

  10. SuperTokens Used:

OPx, USDCx, ETHx, and other smaller tokens and stablecoins.

Hoping to see more adopt Pure SuperTokens!

  11. Total Superfluid Volume

  12. Total Users

Total unique claimers in SPR S1 were ±350. This is largely due to a lack of registration. We’re hoping to expand and compound on this number in future seasons. Aiming for at least 2x growth in S2

  13. Current Daily Active Users

    ±75

  14. Current Superfluid Volume:

Currently an estimated 22K USD/day in volume

  15. Fee Structure -

The superfluid dashboard charges tiny fees when opening/closing streams.

The Optimism distributions also make us eligible for OP’s Retroactive Funding

  16. User Persona

    1. Crypto industry members who are receiving their dues in stablecoins
    2. Crypto projects who are receiving ongoing funding from other organisations (ex. OP, ENS)
  17. KPI to be incentivised by SUP -

Volume of received funds. Our objective was to incentivise the recipients, as they are more likely to become cross-claimers than the organisations. This didn’t totally prove itself to be true. We only saw a ±10% cross-claimers. We believe this is largely due to the fact many of the claimers were actually organisations, not individuals.

In Season 2, we hope to expand to more claimers as we onboard more teams to use streaming salaries.

While this was one of the largest campaigns in Season 1, we believe the allocation for Season 2 could be made smaller, to leave room for other campaigns.
