Staking or unstaking does not affect Community charge.
It applies to the Drain function, where users would immediately withdraw.
It doesn’t apply to the Stream function, where users withdraw SUP linearly over 12 months.
Also for the LP option, Liquidity Providers who have provided liquidity for at least 6 months have the option to withdraw their SUP (and ETH) directly to their wallet without incurring the Community Charge.
