After a few seasons which most have enjoyed, I think it’s time for superfluid to get serious about what it does with the token.
There’s a need for some utility, rails, in short …an economy.
For now, it simply holds the rewards status and the protocol looks fragmented with poor or no connection with the token.
A strong shift is needed. The good part? It’s possible.
I know superboring tries to redirect some revenue towards $SUP, but that’s it. I’m not aware of other things.
The superfluid wallet should have $SUP under the hood + some value to be “captured” from other projects …for both sides to benefit.
This way, we can continue with the seasons & even get more attention if things are well connected.
Streme, which is the most valuable in representing the superfluid protocol, can join the game and replace the dev that left with superfluid finance.
This way, @markcarey can get some help with the project and continue building while superfluid finance provides support & gets the streme protocol % that other dev was earning. Redirecting it towards $SUP, entirely or most of it. Depending on their operations plans.
Streme operates as before, with its own economy and SUP gets a cut while streme continues to evolve. Maybe with tokens deployed on X under certain rules to not get spammed, etc. And most importantly, focusing on attracting builders.
Sure, this is my idea(opinion) and the sides must talk. @0xFran opinion will be appreciated or whoever is involved with the superfluid finance side.
But everyone to sit in a hibernating state won’t help. And we need active talking, active wheels.
Not a certain project, not superfluid, not a single side will benefit from being passive.
And in my opinion, with such a big opportunity of SUP already being listed on Coinbase… should have made everyone fire on all cylinders.
Best time to start connecting some dots and turn up the speed.
Would love some opinions from other people that have been active & especially the sides mentioned.
