    This proposal requests a discretionary allocation of SUP tokens for the Superfluid Foundation’s community and marketing initiatives. These tokens will reward both established and emerging Superfluid community members for activities that support ecosystem growth but fall outside dedicated campaigns.

This includes things like:

  • Community reward NFTs
  • Cross-platform growth initiatives and partnership activations
  • Social actions (X (follow / retweet) / farcaster actions / discord activity)
  • Referrals
  • Incentives for community growth campaigns

All initiatives within this campaign directly contribute to Superfluid ecosystem expansion and brand recognition. While some activities may not immediately drive transaction volumes, they build the foundational community engagement

    Unique claimers for Community Activations in SPR2 were the highest, by far, across al campaigns. This campaign is by far the most easy to join, bringing new users into the ecosystem.

    Metrics vary due to diverse engagement mechanisms across multiple platforms

  6. Current Superfluid Volume -
    Not easily measured due to the heterogeneity of the incentivised tasks

  7. Fee Structure -
    Some of the smaller promoted apps have a fee structure.

As previously, we propose to add a fee to the creation of lockers in the claim app. This will allow our campaigns to be more expansive and generous (for example with referrals) while avoiding free-riders/sybils

    Season 3 continues the community activation approach from Season 2 with questing campaigns, partner integrations, and referral programs. Rewards are milestone-based to encourage sustainable engagement across the ecosystem.

The Foundation team is focused on capitalizing on launching mini apps on Farcaster which will also be part of the reward pool and not have a dedicated campaign. In Season 2 we already launched the Claim app, Mystery box app, and more in development, driving significant numbers of new users to interact with apps within the ecosystem.

Campaign parameters will be dynamically adjusted by the Foundation team and communicated via governance channels
